I built and scaled Amazon's Expert Creator Video Program, a creator-driven initiative producing high-quality, review-style videos for product detail pages to influence real purchasing decisions. I led the recruitment and development of a diverse network of creators, focusing on genuine relationship management and a deep understanding of the work which unlocked authentic, compelling content instead of scripted endorsements. I designed production workflows, managed agency and vendor partners, created and maintained editorial standards that kept videos consistent with Amazon's quality bar and used an analytics-driven strategy to continually refine what resonated with audiences. Under my leadership, the program grew 40% YoY and drove over 10MM views and engagements across platforms.

My first entrepreneurial venture, a custom made, skateboard design company, was created with my life long friend at the age of 17.
